CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. More specifically CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program geared towards our anaerobic and aerobic capacities.
Am I fit enough to start Crossfit?
Of course! We have all levels of fitness at the gym. All workouts can be scaled to each individual’s skill level. Progressions will be carefully mapped out to assure that you advance in to more skilled movements.
