TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL WORKSHOPS

Not everyone has the same needs and we are ready to help. Some people want more help in weightlifting or gymnastics, some have very specific goals in their respective sports, we have the experience for any goal you want to achieve.

Coach Buckley has helped over 5 UFC fighters prepare through multiple fight camps using CrossFit methodology. Helping each athlete prevent injury during training camp and improving overall strength and cardiovascular conditioning while maintaining a controlled weight. He has had two seasons as preseason conditioning coach for the Lakota East girls lacrosse team. Coach Buckley was also the head S&C coach and striking instructor for the number 1 ranked 16 yr old kickboxing fighter in North America during 2014.

We are prepared to help sports teams or individual athletes improve their fitness, power and speed. If you or your athlete wants to play at the next level, be it varsity, college or even possibly the pro level, we have the knowledge and experience to get you there.

At CrossFit Battery we have classes to accommodate your busy schedule. With classes at 6:00am, 7:00am, 4:30p.m., 5:30p.m, and 6:30p.m ever Monday thru Friday! We also have open gym from 10:00a.m. to 12:00p.m. so if you’re free you can just come in and work out your own way, so what are you waiting for sign up today!
